اعتبر الفاعل الجمعوي محمد برحيلة بأن جمعيات المجتمع المدني لم تقم بالأدوار المنوطة بها في تأطير الشباب، محملا إياهم مسؤولية الانزلاقات التي عرفتها احتجاجات جيل z في عدد من المدن المغربية.
وقال برحيلة خلال حلوله ضيفا على برنامج ” مساحة الفاعلين”، الذي تنتجه جريدة الوطنية بريس، وتنشر حلقاته بقناة الجريدة على اليوتيوب، بأن جمعيات المجتمع المدني مطالبة بتأطير وتوجيه الشباب وترسيخ ثقافة السلوك المدني بعيدا عن منطق التخريب والتعنيف.
وأكد برحيلة بأن أعمال الشغب التي عرفها الشارع المغربي في عدد من المدن على خلفية احتجاجات” جيل z”، هي مرفوض رفضا بات مؤكد على أن مطالب الشباب معقولة لكنها يجب أن تكون في إطار سلمي وعقلاني.
وحسب برحيلة فإن الانخراط في التنظيمات الجمعوية هو أمر محمود و مفيد للفرد والمجتمع، مشترطا في ذلك الإبتعاد عن منطق الاسترزاق.
وجوابا منه عن سؤال نهضة مكناس وما تحتاجه العاصمة الإسماعيلية للتطور والتقدم، اعتبر برحيلة بأن إعادة مكناس لسابق عهدها يستدعي تكتل الجميع وتوحيد الصفوف ونكران الذات من طرف الجميع.
