لا تزال معظلة حافلات النقل الحضري بمكناس تعاني من جملة من الأعطاب رغم الإجراءات التي قامت بها إدارة الشركة للحد منها.
ففي واقعة باتت تتكرر مؤخرا بالعاصمة الإسماعيلية، لم تتمكن إحدى حافلات شركة سيتي باص صباح اليوم الأربعاء، من اكمال الرحلة المبرمجة لها، حيث توقفت بالمدار الحضري القريب من سينما كاميرا وهي القادمة من شارع محمد الخامس، حيث تعذر عليها متابعة المسير نتيجة لعطب تقني.
واضطر سائق الحافلة إلى الإعتذار للركاب وانزالهم، وهو الشيء الذي خلف استياء كبيرا لديهم، حيث بات المشهد يتكرر كثيرا بالعاصمة الإسماعيلية .
وتعاني حافلات النقل الحضري بالعاصمة الإسماعيلية من التهالك والاكتظاظ، ونقص عدد الحافلات المخصصة لكل خط.
ويعاب على “شركة سيتي باص مكناس “عدم احترامها لشروط العقد ووجود حوادث متكررة مثل احتراق الحافلات، مما يؤدي إلى استياء الساكنة وضغط على السلطات المحلية للتدخل وإيجاد حلول جذرية.
ويطالب ساكنة العاصمة الإسماعيلية بفسخ عقد الشركة والتعاقد مع شركة أخرى أكثر جودة، غير أن المجلس الجماعي للمدينة يصر على ضرورة احترام مدة العقد المبرمة مع مسؤولي شركة سيتي باص.
