أصدر الملك محمد السادس حفظه الله أمره السامي المطاع بالعفو على مجموعة من الأشخاص منهم المعتقلين ومنهم الموجودين في حالة سراح، المحكوم عليهم من طرف مختلف محاكم المملكة الشريفة وعددهم 881 شخصا
وذلك بمناسبة ذكرى ثورة الملك والشعب المجيدة
وحسب بلاغ لوزارة العدل فالأمر يتعلق ب:
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة اعتقال وعددهم 676 نزيلا وذلك على النحو التالي:
– العفو مما تبقى من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة: 09 نزلاء
– التخفيض من عقوبة الحبس أو السجن لفائدة: 667 نزيلا
المستفيدون من العفو الملكي السامي الموجودون في حالة سراح وعددهم 205 أشخاص موزعين كالتالي:
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية أو مما تبقى منها لفائدة: 38 شخصا
– العفو من العقوبة الحبسية مع إبقاء الغرامة لفائدة: 10 أشخاص
– العفو من الغرامة لفائدة: 142 شخصا
– العفو من عقوبتي الحبس والغرامة لفائدة: 13 شخصا
– العفو من الغرامة ومما تبقى من العقوبة الحبسية لفائدة: 02 شخصين اثنين
