بلغ عدد المقاولات التي تم إحداثها على مستوى جهة العيون-الساقية الحمراء عند متم شهر ماي المنصرم ما مجموعه 1734 مقاولة، وذلك حسب معطيات للمكتب المغربي للملكية الصناعية والتجارية.
وتتوزع هذه المقاولات حسب لوحة القيادة العامة للمكتب على الأشخاص الاعتباريين بما مجموعه 846 مقاولة، والأشخاص الذاتيين 897 مقاولة.
ويتصدر إقليم العيون قائمة المقاولات المحدثة بـ 1674 مقاولة جديدة، متبوعا بإقليم السمارة 51 مقاولة ثم إقليم بوجدور 18 مقاولة.
وتتوزع هذه المقاولات، حسب القطاعات، على قطاع التجارة الذي استحوذ على حصة الأسد بنسبة 43.19 في المائة، من إجمالي المقاولات المحدثة، يليه قطاع النقل (14.70 في المائة)، والخدمات المتنوعة (13.52 في المائة)، والبناء والأشغال العمومية، والأنشطة العقارية (11.70 في المائة)، والصناعات (08.93 في المائة)، والفنادق والمطاعم (3.14 في المائة)، والفلاحة والصيد البحري (3.14 في المائة)، وقطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (1.28 في المائة)، ثم الأنشطة المالية (0.4 في المائة).
وحسب الشكل القانوني، فإن نسبة 72.6 في المائة من المقاولات المحدثة هي عبارة عن شركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة بشريك واحد، متبوعة بالشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة (27.2 في المائة)، ومقاولات أخرى بنسبة (0.2 في المائة).
وعلى الصعيد الوطني، بلغ عدد المقاولات التي تم إحداثها بالمغرب خلال الخمسة أشهر الأولى من السنة الجارية، 48 ألفا و862 مقاولة، موزعة على الأشخاص الاعتباريين (34 ألفا و620 مقاولة)، والأشخاص الذاتيين (14 ألفا و242 مقاولة).
وتأتي جهة الدار البيضاء-سطات في الصدارة بما مجموعه 15 ألفا و229 مقاولة محدثة مع نهاية ماي الماضي، تليها جهة طنجة – تطوان – الحسيمة (6231)، والرباط – سلا – القنيطرة (6177)، ومراكش – آسفي (5490)، وفاس مكناس (3410) وسوس ـ ماسة (3315)، وجهة الشرق (2874)، والداخلة – وادي الذهب (1724)، وبني ملال خنيفرة (1220)، ودرعة تافيلالت (1099)، ثم كلميم واد نون (358) .
