في عملية نوعية، تمكنت عناصر الدرك الملكي بالمنصورية سرية بوزنيقة من تنفيذ مداهمة ناجحة استهدفت مطعما معروفًا بشاطئ “تلال”، بعد توصلها بمعلومات دقيقة تفيد بتقديمه للشيشة بشكل غير قانوني داخل فضاءاته المغلقة.
وحسب مصادر محلية موثوقة و شهود عيان ض، فقد أسفرت العملية عن حجز عدد كبير من قنينات الشيشة وأدواتها، في وقت تم فيه فتح تحقيق قضائي تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، لتحديد المسؤوليات ومتابعة المتورطين في هذه المخالفة الصريحة للقانون.
لكن المفاجأة الأكبر كانت خلال عملية التفتيش، حيث تم اكتشاف أن المطعم يُعد الوجبات الغذائية في ظروف صحية كارثية، وسط غياب تام لشروط النظافة والسلامة الغذائية، مما يشكل خطرًا مباشرا على صحة الزبناء.
العملية لقيت استحسانًا واسعًا من طرف الساكنة المحلية، التي طالما اشتكت من تجاوزات بعض المحلات السياحية، والتي تحولت إلى بؤر للعشوائية والاستغلال غير القانوني، تحت غطاء السياحة والخدمات.
وتأتي هذه المداهمة في إطار الحملة التي يقودها الدرك الملكي ببوزنيقة لمحاربة كل أشكال الفوضى والممارسات غير القانونية التي تسيء لصورة المنطقة، خاصة مع فصل الصيف وتزايد الإقبال على شواطئ المنصورية.
