جرى، اليوم الاثنين، تنصيب محمد مسعودي، وكيلا للملك لدى المحكمة الابتدائية بالجديدة.
وفي كلمة بالمناسبة، أعرب مسعودي عن اعتزازه بالثقة المولوية السامية التي حظي بها، مؤكدا عزمه على بذل المزيد من الجهود للسهر على تطبيق القانون، ونشر قيم العدالة، تنفيذا للتعليمات الملكية السامية.
وأكد على أهمية العمل المشترك مع كافة الشركاء القضائيين من أجل تنزيل التوجيهات السامية لجلالة الملك بخصوص تخليق العدالة وتكريس أسس السلطة القضائية، وتعزيز ثقة المواطنين في القضاء ، مع توطيد عمل النيابة العامة كآلية أساسية ضمن المنظومة القضائية.
وفي هذا السياق، دعا مسعودي كافة مكونات السلطة القضائية للعمل بشكل مشترك من أجل تنزيل استراتيجية المجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية وتوجيهات رئاسة النيابة العامة.
من جهة أخرى، نوه بالعمل الكبير الذي قام به سلفه عبد الرحيم الساوي، الذي ساهم بتنسيق مع باقي الشركاء القضائيين، في تعزيز فعالية العمل القضائي وتقريب القضاء من المتقاضين، في انسجام تام مع قيم النزاهة والشفافية، والحفاظ على استقلالية السلطة القضائية.
وجرت مراسيم التنصيب بحضور، على الخصوص، عامل إقليم الجديدة امحمد العطفاوي، وممثلي المجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية، ورئاسة النيابة العامة، وعدة شخصيات مدنية وعسكرية.
