شهدت قاعة الجلسات الكبرى بالمحكمة الإبتدائية بمكناس يوم الخميس26 يونيو 2025 مراسيم الجلسة الرسمية لتنصيب خالد بنهاشم وكيل جلالة الملك بالمحكمة الابتدائية، بمكناس .
افتتح الحفل بكلمة ترحيبية من رئيس المحكمة، تلتها قراءة أمر التعيين الرسمي، قبل أن يتقدم الأستاذ خالد بنهاشم بإلقاء كلمته أمام الحضور .
وفي حديثه عبر خالد بنهاشم عن مدى اعتزازه بالثقة الملكية السامية، ومؤكدا عزمه على “ رفع أداء النيابة العامة بما ينسجم مع تطلعات المواطنين، وضمان تطبيق صارم وشفاف للقانون لتحقيق دولة الحق والقانون ”، كما أكد عزمه على جعل العدالة أكثر قربا وفعالية في خدمة المواطن ، طبقا للتعليمات الملكية السامية التي تهدف إلى ترسيخ قيم العدالة و الكرامة والمواطنة.
وقبل انتقاله إلى مكناس، كان بنهاشم يشغل منصب نائبا أول في المحكمة الابتدائية الزجرية بالدار البيضاء، حيث ترك انطباعا إيجابيا لدى الموظفين ومرتادي المحكمة، ونسب إليه “السمعة الحسنة ونبل الأخلاق”، إلى جانب التزامه الراسخ بقيم العدالة والشفافية .
وتم التعيين في إطار قرارات المجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية برسم دورة يناير 2025، إذ حصل خالد بنهاشم على الثقة الملكية السامية ليتولى مهام وكيل الملك بالمحكمة الابتدائية بمكناس، ما يشكل تعزيزا للقاعدة القضائية بالمنطقة.
وتندرج هذه الخطوة ضمن سعي جلالة الملك الملك محمد السادس والمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية إلى “ تعزيز الحكامة القضائية ” و” ضمان النجاعة في تدبير المحاكم ”، بما يعكس حرصا على تدعيم استقلالية القضاء وتعزيز الثقة فيه. كما تهدف إلى ضخ كفاءات جديدة واعتماد معايير موضوعية في التعيينات عبر مختلف المحاكم على صعيد المملكة .
هذا المنصب الجديد يعد بلا شك محطة مهمة في مسار الأستاذ خالد بنهاشم، ويبشر بتعزيز نزاهة وفعالية العمل القضائي بالحاضرة الإسماعيلية ، ويهدف إلى ترسيخ الثقة العامة في المؤسسات القضائية المحلية.
حضر الحفل كل من والي جهة فاس مكناس ، عامل عمالة مكناس، عامل عمالة الحاجب و رئيس جهة فاس مكناس ورئيس المحكمة الإبتدائية والرئيس الأول لمحكمة الإستئناف، و أمينة المالكي عضو المجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية ورئيس جماعة مكناس و رئيس مجلس العمالة رئيس المجلس العلمي بالإضافة إلى عدد رؤساء المحاكم الإبتدائية بالجهة عدد من القضاة، و نواب رئيس المحكمة، وممثلي النيابة العامة، ورؤساء و ممثلي هيئات مهنية وقانونية.
