أكدت وزارة الداخلية القطرية أن الأوضاع الأمنية في البلاد “مستقرة ولا يوجد ما يدعو للقلق” وذلك عقب الهجوم الذي شنه الحرس الثوري الإيراني مساء اليوم الاثنين على قاعدة العديد بالدوحة.
وشددت الوزارة في بيان على منصة (اكس) على ضرورة عدم الانسياق خلف الشائعات أو تداول معلومات غير دقيقة مهيبة بالجميع التحلي بالمسؤولية المجتمعية من خلال الامتناع عن تداول أو إعادة نشر أي معلومات غير صادرة عن الجهات الرسمية. كما شددت على ضرورة تحري الدقة واستقاء المعلومات من القنوات الرسمية المعتمدة فقط.
وأضاف البيان أن الوزارة تواصل بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات الصلة استعدادها وجاهزيتها التامة لمتابعة المستجدات واتخاذ ما يلزم لضمان سلامة المواطنين والمقيمين واستمرار الحياة العامة بصورة طبيعية.
وكانت وزارة الدفاع القطرية قد أعلنت في وقت سابق أن الدفاعات الجوية القطرية نجحت في اعتراض هجمة صاروخية استهدفت مساء اليوم قاعدة العديد الجوية في قطر.
وأعربت دولة قطر عن إدانتها الشديدة للهجوم الذي استهدف قاعدة العديد الجوية من قبل الحرس الثوري الإيراني.
واعتبرت وزارة الخارجية القطرية أن الهجوم يعد “انتهاكا صارخا لسيادة دولة قطر ومجالها الجوي، وللقانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة،” مؤكدة أن دولة قطر تحتفظ بحق الرد المباشر بما يتناسب مع شكل وحجم هذا الاعتداء السافر وبما يتوافق والقانون الدولي.
