يحتضن المعهد الملكي للشرطة بمدينة القنيطرة، اليوم الاثنين 23 يونيو الجاري، يوما دراسيا حول موضوع: “حماية الثروة الغابوية والوحيش مسؤولية قانونية وواجب وطني“، والذي تنظمه المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني بشراكة مع الوكالة الوطنية للمياه والغابات.
ويشمل برنامج هذا اليوم الدراسي مجموعة من المداخلات والنقاشات التفاعلية التي سيقدمها ثلة من الأطر المختصة، تتناول بالتحليل آليات الشراكة والتنسيق بين المؤسسات العمومية من أجل حماية الحياة الطبيعية على المستوى الوطني، فضلا عن دور التكوين المتخصص وتبادل الخبرات والمعطيات التقنية والعلمية والقانونية في زجر مختلف الجرائم والسلوكيات السلبية التي تهدد الثروة الغابوية والبرية الوطنية.
كما تتضمن فقرات هذا اليوم الدراسي مداخلات حول دور الشرطة والقضاء في صيانة الفضاء الغابوي والوحيش، خصوصا في الشق المتعلق بالمنازعات الغابوية، فضلا عن محاور موازية تتعلق بدور البحث الجنائي وآليات التعاون الأمني الدولي في مجال حماية الفضاء الطبيعي الغابوي.
وتعرف أشغال هذا اليوم الدراسي مشاركة أطر من الأمن الوطني والوكالة الوطنية للمياه والغابات والمؤسسات القضائية وبعض المؤسسات الجامعية والبحثية، بالإضافة إلى أطر أمنية متدربة من المعهد الملكي للشرطة والمدرسة الوطنية الغابوية للمهندسين.
ويندرج عقد هذا اليوم الدراسي في سياق تنزيل مضامين برنامج الشراكة المؤسساتية بين المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني والوكالة الوطنية للمياه والغابات، وهي الشراكة التي تتضمن مجموعة من مجالات التعاون الثنائي، والتي تبقى من أبرز مضامينها مواكبة وتوطيد استراتيجية التكوين وتبادل الخبرات والكفاءات في مختلف مجالات حماية الفضاء الطبيعي الغابوي والحياة البرية، بما يضمن تعزيز سيادة القانون وحماية مصالح الموظفين، وترسيخ الحكامة في المرفق العام.
