كشف مساعد وزير الصحة للخدمات الصحية السعودي، محمد العبد العالي اليوم الجمعة أن الفرق الطبية في موسم حج هذا العام لم ترصد حتى اللحظة تفشي أي أمراض أو أوبئة بين الحجاج.
وشدد محمد العبد العالي في تصريحات صحفية، على أن وزارة الصحة السعودية تتابع باستمرار حالة الحجاج الصحية في المناسك كافة، موضحا أنه جرى رصد عدد محدود من حالات الإجهاد الحراري للحجاج، غير أنه أكد أيضا أن الالتزام بالخطط أدى لخفض حالات الإجهاد الحراري للحجاج.
وحذرت وزارة الصحة السعودية الحجاج من التعرض المباشر لأشعة الشمس في ساعات النهار في ظل درجات الحرارة العالية في موسم حج 1446هـ، كما دعت إلى الالتزام بخطط التفويج، واستخدام المظلات أثناء التنقل بين المشاعر المقدسة، لتعزيز الوقاية من الإجهاد الحراري.
واضافت أن المنظومة الصحية تكثف جهودها في تعزيز خدمات الرعاية الصحية بالمشاعر المقدسة، مع استمرار انتشار الفرق الطبية المتخصصة لتقديم الرعاية الصحية الفورية، إلى جانب تكثيف الرسائل التوعوية بين الحجاج، لتعزيز جودة الخدمات الصحية وضمان موسم حج آمن وصحي.
