أفاد البنك الإفريقي للتنمية بأنه من المرتقب أن يتسارع نمو الاقتصاد المغربي ليبلغ 3,9 في المائة سنة 2025.
وأوضح البنك في تقريره لسنة 2025 حول الآفاق الاقتصادية في إفريقيا، الصادر على هامش الاجتماعات السنوية للبنك المنعقدة إلى غاية 30 ماي بأبيدجان، أن هذا التطور يعزى إلى الطلب الداخلي القوي، لا سيما بفضل الاستثمارات، ودينامية الأنشطة غير الفلاحية، إلى جانب توقعات بموسم فلاحي أفضل.
وبحسب المصدر نفسه، يتوقع أن يسجل النمو 3,7 في المائة سنة 2026، نتيجة تباطؤ الصناعات التصديرية إثر ارتفاع الرسوم الجمركية الأمريكية.
أما فيما يخص التضخم، من المنتظر أن يبلغ 2 في المائة سنة 2025 و2,3 في المائة سنة 2026، في حين سيواصل عجز الميزانية تراجعه ليستقر عند 3,6 في المائة من الناتج الداخلي الخام سنة 2025، و3,3 في المائة سنة 2026.
كما أبرز التقرير أن هذا التحسن يرجع إلى تعزيز العائدات الضريبية في إطار الإصلاحات الجارية، وإلى تخفيض الضريبة المطبقة على غاز البوتان.
في المقابل، من المتوقع أن يتفاقم عجز الحساب الجاري ليبلغ 2,1 في المائة من الناتج الداخلي الخام سنة 2025، و2,6 في المائة سنة 2026، بفعل تزايد الواردات مدفوعة بالاستثمارات في البنى التحتية.
وأشار البنك الإفريقي للتنمية أن الآفاق الاقتصادية تظل خاضعة لمخاطر ذات الصلة بتوالي فترات الجفاف وتراجع الطلب الخارجي، معتبرا أن إجراءات تهم التدبير النشط للموارد المائية والصدمات المناخية، إلى جانب سياسة تجارية أكثر تنوعا وتنافسية، من شأنها أن تخفف من حدة هذه المخاطر.
