أفاد المكتب المغربي للملكية الصناعية والتجارية بأن عدد المقاولات التي تم إحداثها بالمغرب بلغ 19.565 مقاولة عند متم فبراير 2025.
وأوضح المكتب، في لوحة القيادة العامة لبارومتر إحداث المقاولات، أن هذه المقاولات تتوزع بين الأشخاص الاعتباريين (13.998) والذاتيين (5.567).
وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أن التوزيع القطاعي للمقاولات المحدثة كشف عن هيمنة قطاع التجارة بنسبة 36,2 في المائة، يليه البناء والأشغال العمومية والأنشطة العقارية بـ 20,05 في المائة، وخدمات متنوعة بـ 17,18 في المائة، والصناعات بـ 7,52 في المائة، والنقل بـ 7,49 في المائة، والفنادق والمطاعم بـ 5,12 في المائة، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بـ 3,16 في المائة، والفلاحة والصيد بـ 1,78 في المائة، والأنشطة المالية بـ 1,51 في المائة.
وحسب الجهات، تتصدر الدار البيضاء-سطات الترتيب بـ 6.381 مقاولة محدثة عند متم فبراير الماضي، تليها طنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة (2.528) والرباط-سلا-القنيطرة (2.405)، ومراكش-آسفي (2.198)، وفاس-مكناس (1.387)، وسوس-ماسة (1.342)، وجهة الشرق (1.142)، والعيون-الساقية-الحمراء (760)، ودرعة-تافيلالت (478)، وبني ملال-خنيفرة (467)، والداخلة-وادي الذهب (323)، وكلميم-واد نون (154).
أما حسب الشكل القانوني، فقد تصدرت الشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة بشريك وحيد بنسبة 65,9 في المائة، تليها الشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة بـ 33,6 في المائة، متبوعة بالشركات المساهمة بـ 0,1 في المائة.
