كشف بلاغ للديوان الأسباب الرئيسية وراء إعفاء الحسن الداكي من منصبه كوكيل عام للملك لدى محكمة النقض رئيس النيابة العامة.
وجاء في البلاغ “تفضل صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، رئيس المجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية، أمس الاثنين 12 ماي 2025، بتعيين هشام بلاوي، وكيلا عاما للملك لدى محكمة النقض، رئيسا للنيابة العامة؛ وذلك خلفا الحسن الداكي، الذي تعذر عليه مواصلة مهامه لأسباب صحية.
وقد أدى الداكي المهام الموكولة إليه بأمانة وإخلاص، وبكل نزاهة وتجرد، في سبيل تعزيز استقلال القضاء وسيادة القانون، وضمان حقوق وحريات الأشخاص والجماعات”.
