تفاعلت المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، بجدية كبيرة، مع شريط فيديو منشور على أحد المواقع الإخبارية، يظهر فيه شخص يزعم بأن المتهم بارتكاب جريمة قتل بمدينة ابن أحمد قام باقتراف فعل مماثل كانت ضحيته طفلة تبلغ من العمر 12 سنة.
وقد أوضحت الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة على ضوء هذا الشريط، أن الأمر يتعلق بتبليغ عن جريمة وهمية ووشاية كاذبة من شأنها المساس بإحساس المواطنين بالأمن، وأن مصالح الأمن الوطني بمدينة ابن أحمد لم تسجل أية واقعة تتعلق بتعرض طفلة للقتل.
كما أسفرت الأبحاث والتحريات المتواصلة في هذه القضية عن تحديد هوية الشخص الذي أدلى بالوشاية الكاذبة المذكورة، وذلك قبل أن يتم توقيفه خلال عملية أمنية تم تنفيذها بمدينة ابن أحمد مساء اليوم السبت.
وقد تم إخضاع المشتبه فيه لتدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي تشرف عليه النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وكذا تحديد كافة الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة للمعني بالأمر.
