أفاد المكتب المغربي للملكية الصناعية والتجارية بأن عدد المقاولات التي تم إحداثها بالمغرب خلال شهر يناير الماضي بلغ 8690 مقاولة.
وأوضح المكتب، في لوحة القيادة العامة لبارومتر إحداث المقاولات الصادر عنه، أن هذه المقاولات تتوزع بين الأشخاص الاعتباريين (6018) والأشخاص الذاتيين (2672).
وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أن التوزيع القطاعي للمقاولات المحدثة كشف عن هيمنة القطاع التجاري بحصة 36,2 في المائة، يليه البناء والأشغال العمومية وأنشطة العقار (19,44 في المائة)، والخدمات المتنوعة (17,21 في المائة)، والنقل (7,93 في المائة)، والصناعات (7,73 في المائة)، والفنادق والمطاعم (5,18 في المائة)، وقطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (2,98 في المائة)، والفلاحة والصيد البحري (1,72 في المائة) والأنشطة المالية (1,6 في المائة.
وحسب الجهات، كشف البارومتر عن هيمنة جهة الدار البيضاء – سطات بما مجموعه 2783 مقاولة محدثة، متقدمة على جهة طنجة – تطوان – الحسيمة (1070)، والرباط – سلا – القنيطرة (1036)، ومراكش – آسفي (973)، وسوس ـ ماسة (664)، وفاس مكناس (550) والجهة الشرقية (528)، والعيون – الساقية الحمراء (383)، ودرعة تافيلالت (234)، وبني ملال خنيفرة (228) والداخلة – واد الذهب (161)، ثم كلميم واد نون (80).
وحسب الشكل القانوني، تصدرت الشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة بشريك وحيد، بحصة تبلغ 66,5 في المائة، تليها الشركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة بحصة نسبتها 33,1 في المائة، متبوعة بشركات المساهمة العامة ب0,1 في المائة.
