وجه عدد من المستشارين الجماعيين جملة من الانتقادات اللاذعة لجدول أعمال الدورة الإستثنائية لجماعة مكناس لشهر أبريل 2025.
واعتبر المستشارون في مداخلات لهم بأن انعقاد دورة استثنائية في هذه الفترة هو تقدير خاطئ، خاصة مع أهمية النقاط المدرجة فيه.
وحسب المستشارين، فإنه من الأجدر أن تدرج النقاط في دورة عادية للجماعة خاصة المتعلقة بشهر ماي المقبل ، حتى تمنح للنقاط الأهمية التي تستحقها.
وردا منه على انتقادات المستشارين أوضح رئيس جماعة مكناس العباس الغماري بأن إدراج دورة استثنائية ما بين الدورات العادية هو بطلب من عدد من المستشارين الذين طالبوا بتنظيمها سابقا مشيرا إلى أن النقاط المدرجة في هذه الدورات الإستثنائية لا تعني أنها ثانوية بل هو إجراء لتخفيض عدد النقاط المدرجة في الدورات العادية قصد تخصيص الوقت والحيز الكافي لكل نقطة على حدى.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن جدول أعمال الدورة الإستثنائية لجماعة مكناس لشهر أبريل يتضمن قرابة 33نقطة سيتم مناقشتها ودراستها عبر جلستين ، على ان تخصص الجلسة الثالثة للأسئلة الكتابية المقدمة من طرف اعضاء المجلس.
