فتحت ولاية أمن الرباط بحثا قضائيا تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، يومه الخميس 20 مارس الجاري، وذلك لتحديد ظروف وملابسات إشهار أحد مستعملي الطريق لمجسم بلاستيكي لمسدس غير حقيقي، وذلك بسبب خلاف حول أسبقية المرور على الطريق.
وكانت مصالح الأمن بمدينة الرباط قد توصلت يوم أمس الأربعاء بشكاية من سائق سيارة أجرة، يتهم فيها سائق سيارة دبلوماسية بالسب والشتم بسبب خلاف مروري، نتج عنه إشهار المشتكى به لمسدس في ظروف مقرونة بالتهديد.
وقد مكنت الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة في هذه القضية من تحديد هوية المشتكى به وضبطه، وهو مواطن مغربي يعمل سائقا في بعثة أجنبية معتمدة بالرباط، كما تم العثور بحوزته على المجسم البلاستيكي الذي استخدم في هذه الواقعة.
و لضرورة البحث والتقديم، فقد تم الاحتفاظ بالسائق المشتكى به تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية على خلفية البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، للكشف عن جميع الظروف والملابسات المحيطة بهذه القضية.
