دعت المديرية العامة للضرائب، في مذكرة متعلقة بأجال أداء المعاملات التجارية الملزمين إلى تقديم التصريح برسم سنة 2024، قبل فاتح أبريل 2025 بطريقة إلكترونية وأن يؤدوا تلقائيا في نفس الوقت مبلغ الغرامة المالية المستحقة.
وأبرزت المديرية، في بلاغ لها، أنها تذكر الأشخاص الاعتباريين والذاتيين الذين حققوا رقم معاملات يفوق 10 ملايين درهم ويقل أو يساوي 50 مليون درهم دون احتساب الضريبة على القيمة المضافة برسم السنة المحاسبية المختتمة قبل فاتح يناير 2024، بإلزامية التصريح بالفواتير الصادرة ابتداء من فاتح يناير 2024 التي لم تؤدى في الآجال القانونية.
وذكر المصدر ذاته أن الملزمين الذين حققوا رقم معاملات يفوق 50 مليون درهم دون احتساب الضريبة على القيمة المضافة برسم السنة المحاسبية المختتمة قبل فاتح يناير 2025، يظلون خاضعين لإلزامية التصريح كل ثلاثة أشهر وذلك قبل نهاية الشهر الموالي لانصرام كل ثلاثة أشهر.
