جرت اليوم الثلاثاء، 18 فبراير 2025، مراسم أداء اليمين القانونية للفوج 47 من الملحقين القضائيين، على إثر الموافقة المولوية السامية لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله، رئيس المجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية، على تعيين القضاة المنتمين لهذا الفوج في السلك القضائي.
ويتكون هذا الفوج، الذي أدى اليمين القانونية في جلسة رسمية طبقا لمقتضيات المادة 40 من القانون التنظيمي المتعلق بالنظام الأساسي للقضاة، من 299 قاضيا (117 قاضية و182 قاضيا)، تم تعيينهم في مختلف محاكم المملكة، من بينهم 249 قاضيا تم تكوينهم تكوينا عاما، و25 قاضيا تلقوا تكوينا متخصصا في القضاء الأسري، و25 قاضيا تم تكوينهم في مجال القضاء التجاري.
وحضر مراسم أداء اليمين القانونية السيد الرئيس الأول لمحكمة النقض الرئيس المنتدب للمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية، والوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة النقض رئيس النيابة العامة، وأعضاء المجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية وكبار المسؤولين بإدارة المجلس، والمدير العام للمعهد العالي للقضاء، وبعض أطر هيئة التكوين بذات المعهد.
كما حضر حفل أداء اليمين القانونية السيد محمد منصور مباي، الرئيس الأول للمحكمة العليا بجمهورية السينغال، والسيد جون لويس بول توبان الوكيل العام لدى المحكمة العليا بالسينغال، والوفد المرافق لهما.
