أفادت مديرية الدراسات والتوقعات المالية بأن مبيعات الإسمنت، التي تعد المقياس الرئيسي لنشاط البناء، تعززت بنسبة 9,4 في المائة برسم سنة 2024، بعد شبه ركود السنة الفارطة (زائد 0,2 في المائة).
وأوضحت المديرية، في نشرتها الأخيرة حول الظرفية، أن هذا الأداء يعزى إلى ارتفاع مبيعات الإسمنت بنسبة 17,6 في المائة خلال الفصل الثاني من سنة 2024 (بعد زائد 5,4 في المائة قبل سنة)، مدعوما بارتفاعات استثنائية بـ 16,5 في المائة و18,9 في المائة المسجلتين تواليا خلال الفصلين الأخيرين من سنة 2024.
وتوطد نمو مبيعات الإسمنت المطرد برسم الفصل الثاني من سنة 2024 بأداء كافة فئات المبيعات، لا سيما التوزيع (زائد 13,3 في المائة)، والخرسانة الجاهزة للاستعمال (زائد 30 في المائة)، والمعدة مسبقا (زائد 21,1 في المائة)، والبنية التحتية (زائد 14,3 في المائة)، والبناء (زائد 18,1 في المائة)، والملاط (زائد 17 في المائة).
وفي ما يتعلق بتمويل العمليات العقارية ارتفع جاري القروض العقارية، متم نونبر 2024، بنسبة 2,2 في المائة بعد ارتفاع بـ 1,2 في المائة متم يونيو 2024 و1,4 في المائة قبل سنة، ليتجاوز بذلك 310,3 مليار درهم.
ويغطي هذا التطور تناميا في جاري القروض السكنية بنسبة 1,7 في المائة، وقروض الإنعاش العقاري بـ 7,2 في المائة بعد ارتفاعات بلغت تواليا 2 في المائة و0,5 في المائة في السنة المنصرمة.
