ينهي الصندوق المغربي للتقاعد إلى علم المستفيدين من المعاشات المدنية والعسكرية أنه تم تطبيق الإجراءات الجديدة المتعلقة بالضريبة على الدخل.
وأبرز الصندوق المغربي للتقاعد، في بلاغ، أن الأمر يتعلق بتفعيل جدول الضريبة على الدخل الجديد، ومبلغ الخصم السنوي المتعلق بالأعباء العائلية وكذا إعفاء المعاشات المدفوعة في إطار أنظمة التقاعد الأساسي من الضريبة على الدخل في حدود 50 في المائة من مبلغ هذه الضريبة، وذلك بموجب القانون رقم 24-60 المتعلق بقانون المالية لسنة 2025.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته أن المعاشات المعنية بهذه المقتضيات ستعرف زيادة في مبالغها الصافية وذلك ابتداء من شهر يناير 2025، مشيرا إلى أنه بهذا الاجراء أصبح 94 في المائة من المستفيدين من معاشات التقاعد الأساسية المخولة من طرف الصندوق المغربي للتقاعد معفيين تماما من الضريبة على الدخل.
