أفادت وزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية نادية فتاح، اليوم الاثنين بمجلس النواب، أنه يتم تعويض 76 في المائة من الملفات الطبية لمنخرطي الصندوق الوطني لمنظمات الاحتياط الاجتماعي في مدة زمنية لا تتجاوز الآجال القانونية المحددة في 60 يوما.
وسجلت الوزيرة، في معرض جوابها عن سؤال خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية، حول “آجال استرجاع المؤمنين للمصاريف المخصصة للعلاج من الصندوق الوطني لمنظمات الاحتياط الاجتماعي”، تقدم به فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة، أن هناك تحسنا “نسبيا” بشأن آجال معالجة ملفات المنخرطين، مشيرة إلى أن متوسط تعويض المؤمنين بلغ 54 يوما خلال سنة 2023 مقابل 57 يوما سنة 2022.
وفيما يخص الأمراض المزمنة والمك ل فة، قالت الوزيرة إنه تتم معالجة 95 في المائة من الملفات الطبية المتعلقة بها في أقل من 30 يوما، مؤكدة على الدور “الهام” الذي يلعبه الصندوق الوطني لمنظمات الاحتياط الاجتماعي في مجال التأمين الصحي.
وفي سياق ذي صلة، أكدت المسؤولة الحكومية أن إصلاح نظام تدبير أنظمة التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض، من خلال دمج الصندوق الوطني لمنظمات الاحتياط الاجتماعي في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي، “سياعد على تطوير الأداء”.
