أفاد الوزير المنتدب لدى رئيس الحكومة، المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، مصطفى بايتاس، أمس الاثنين بمجلس النواب، أن نسبة تفاعل الحكومة مع الأسئلة الكتابية للبرلمان بمجلسيه، بلغت 71,13 في المائة، وذلك منذ افتتاح الولاية التشريعية الحالية وإلى غاية 17 أكتوبر الجاري.
وأوضح الوزير، في معرض جوابه على سؤال خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية حول “الحصيلة الرقابية لمجلس النواب خلال نصف الولاية التشريعية”، تقدم به فريق التجمع الوطني للأحرار، أن الحكومة أجابت عن 16 ألف و297 سؤالا كتابيا من أصل 22 ألف و911 سؤالا، ط رح من طرف النواب والمستشارين البرلمانيين، أي بنسبة 71,13 في المائة.
وقارن الوزير النسبة المسجلة برسم الولاية بالنسبة الحالية بتلك المسجلة خلال الولايتين التشريعيتين السابقتين، مشيرا إلى أن هذه النسبة بلغت خلال الولاية التشريعية ( 2016-2011)، 40,72 في المائة، ويتعلق الأمر بالإجابة عن 7031 سؤالا كتابيا توصلت به الحكومة من البرلمان بمجلسيه، من أصل ما مجموعه 17 ألف و264.
فيما بلغت النسبة خلال الولاية التشريعية (2021-2016)، يضيف الوزير، 54,49 في المائة، حيث تمت الإجابة عن 8583 سؤالا كتابيا من البرلمان بمجلسيه، من أصل 15 ألف و751.
في السياق ذاته، أبرز الوزير أن الحكومة توصلت من مجلس النواب، منذ افتتاح الولاية النشريعية الحالية وإلى غاية 17 أكتوبر الجاري، بـ17 ألف و965 سؤالا كتابيا، أجابت عن 12 ألف و935 منها، أي بنسبة 72 في المائة، مسجلا أنها “نسبة كبيرة جدا”، ومشيرا كذلك إلى أن نسبة التفاعل مع الأسئلة الكتابية لفرق المعارضة بلغت 70,26 في المائة، حيث تمت الإجابة على 7744سؤال من أصل 11 ألف.
وفيما يخص الأسئلة الشفوية، أفاد السيد بايتاس بأن الحكومة أجابت خلال هذه الولاية التشريعية عن 3903 من أصل 17 ألف و124 سؤالا شفويا للنواب والمستشارين البرلمانيين، مشيرا ، على سبيل المقارنة، إلى أنه تمت خلال الولاية ( 2016-2011)، الإجابة عن 2611 من أصل 9726 سؤالا شفويا، فيما تمت الإجابة خلال الولاية التشريعية (2021-2016)، عن 2523 من أصل 14 ألف و13 سؤالا شفويا.
