تمكنت عناصر الشرطة بالمنطقة الإقليمية للأمن بمدينة إفران بتنسيق مع نظيرتها بفاس، وبناءً على معلومات دقيقة وفرتها مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، يومي الخميس والجمعة 12 و13 شتنبر 2024، من توقيف تسعة أشخاص من بينهم سيدة، جميعهم من ذوي السوابق القضائية، وذلك للاشتباه بارتباطهم بشبكة إجرامية تنشط في سرقة الدراجات النارية باستعمال العنف.
وكان المشتبه فيهم قد أقدموا على ارتكاب مجموعة من السرقات باستعمال العنف بالشارع العام بمدينة إفران، طالت دراجات نارية ومتعلقات شخصية للضحايا، حيث أسفرت الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة عن تحديد هوياتهم وتوقيفهم بمدن إفران وفاس والمنطقة القروية “ضاية عوى” بضواحي إفران.
وقد أظهرت عملية تنقيط المشتبه بهم في قاعدة بيانات الأمن الوطني، أن اثنين منهم يشكلان موضوع مذكرات بحث على الصعيد الوطني، الاشتباه في تورطهم في قضايا تتعلق بترويج المخدرات.
وقد تم إخضاع المشتبه فيهم لتدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك لتحديد باقي الامتدادات المحتملة لهذا النشاط الإجرامي، وكذا توقيف باقي المساهمين والمشاركين في ارتكاب هذه الأفعال الإجرامية.
