يتقدم طاقم جريدة الوطنية بريس بأحر التهاني والتبريكات إلى السيد مصطفى الشبلي، بمناسبة ترقيته كاتبا عاما رئيس الشؤون الداخلية بولاية فاس.

يشار إلى أن السيد الشبلي كان يشغل منصب رئيس قسم الشؤون الداخلية بعمالة أكادير اداوتنان.
وهو مزداد بتاريخ 25 مارس 1976 بوزان ، التحق بالإدارة الترابية بتاريخ 01 أكتوبر 2006، حاصل على الإجازة في الإقتصاد، وخريج السلك العادي لنساءورجال السلطة الفوج 41، وكانت آخر مُهمة أُسْنِدَت إليه قبل الالتحاق بنفوذ ولاية جهة سوس ماسة هي رئاسة قسم الشؤون الداخلية بعمالة مكناس، تم تعيينه رئيسا لقسم الشؤون الداخلية لولاية جهة سوس ماسة.
