صادق مجلس الحكومة، اليوم الخميس، على مشروع القانون رقم 21.24 بسن أحكام خاصة تتعلق بنظام التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض الخاص بالأشخاص القادرين على تحمل واجبات الاشتراك الذين لا يزاولون أي نشاط مأجور أو غير مأجور، قدمه وزير الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية خالد ايت طالب.
وأوضح الوزير المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، مصطفى بايتاس، خلال لقاء صحافي عقب الاجتماع الأسبوعي للمجلس، أن هذا المشروع يهدف إلى إيجاد حل للمؤمنين الذين كانوا يستفيدون من نظام التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض الخاص بالأشخاص غير القادرين على تحمل واجبات الاشتراك المحدث بموجب الكتاب الثالث من القانون رقم 65.00 المتعلق بالنظام ذاته ولاسيما الفئة التي تعاني من أمراض مزمنة ومكلفة، بإعفائهم من فترة التدريب المنصوص عليها في المادة 7 من القانون 60.22 المتعلق بنظام التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض الخاص بالأشخاص القادرين على تحمل واجبات الاشتراك الذين لا يزاولون أي نشاط مأجور أو غير مأجور والمحددة في ثلاثة أشهر.
وفي هذا الإطار، يتضمن هذا المشروع، يضيف الوزير، أحكاما تهم تمكين المؤمنين الذين سيتم إعفاؤهم من فترة التدريب السالفة الذكر من استرجاع المصاريف عن الخدمات المضمونة برسم نظام التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض أو من تحملها من قبل الهيئة المكلفة بالتدبير التي تمت لفائدتهم منذ تاريخ سريان أثر تسجيلهم والمحددة في فاتح يناير 2024.
