يبدو أن التصوير الفوتوغرافي بطائرة الدرون قد تجاوز حدوده بمدينة طنجة، مؤخرا، إذ لوحظ أن إستعمل بالقرب من أعرق المؤسسات الدستورية، ألا و هو القصر الملكي بمرشان.
و حسب منشور تم رصده اليوم الثلاثاء، لإحدى صفحات الفيسبوكية المختصة بالتصوير عن طريق تقنية Zoom، فإن الصورة الملتقطة عن طريق الدرون تبدو قريبة جدا من قصر مرشان، حيث إلتقط صورة بمقبرة مرشان من الأعلى.
حيث لم تنتبه السلطات الأمنية لطائرة الدرون التي تدور حول محيط قصر مرشان من أجل إلتقاك الصور بأعلى جودة ممكنة لمناظر بانورامية مطلة على البحر الأبيض المتوسط.
كما يعرف حي مرشان تواجد مجموعة من القصور التاريخية محاطة بمجموعة من الفلل و المساكن و المقاهي التاريخية، لا سيما قصر مولاي عبد الحفيظ و قصر مولاي الحسن بن المهدي، بالإضافة إلى مرافق صحية كبرى، كالمديرية الإقليمية لوزارة الصحة و الحماية الاجتماعية معهد باستور و مستشفى القرطبي.
هذا و يخضع التصوير بطائرات الدرون لمجموعة من النصوص القانونية الجاري بها العمل بالمغرب، من قبيل الترخيص و غير ذلك لأن الأمر يتعلق التصوير بالجو، حيث
يمكن أن يحصل المصور الفوتوغرافي من خلاله على لقطات من داخل المنازل أو فوق الأسطح، و بالتالي يمكنه المساس بالحماية الخاصة للأفراد، كما هو الشأن بالنسبة للمواقع الإستراتيجية.
