أكدت وزيرة الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الدولي لمملكة إسواتيني، فوليل شاكانتو، اليوم الثلاثاء، بالرباط، أن بلادها تجدد دعمها لمغربية الصحراء.
وأبرزت شاكانتو، في تصريح للصحافة، إثر محادثات أجرتها مع وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، ناصر بوريطة، على هامش المؤتمر الوزاري رفيع المستوى حول البلدان ذات الدخل المتوسط أن ” مملكة إسواتيني تعتبر، كذلك، مخطط الحكم الذاتي الذي تقدم به المغرب سنة 2007 الحل الوحيد ” للنزاع الإقليمي حول الصحراء المغربية.
وذكرت في هذا الصدد، بفتح قنصلية عامة لمملكة إسواتيني بالعيون سنة 2020.
ويشارك في أشغال الشق الوزاري للمؤتمر رفيع المستوى حول البلدان متوسطة الدخل 32 بلدا، و23 وكالة للتنمية تابعة للأمم المتحدة ومؤسسات دولية وإقليمية أخرى.
ويندرج هذا المؤتمر رفيع المستوى، المنظم بمبادرة من وزارة الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، بشراكة مع اللجنة الاقتصادية لإفريقيا التابعة للأمم المتحدة وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي، في إطار رئاسة المملكة المغربية لمجموعة أصدقاء البلدان متوسطة الدخل ضمن الأمم المتحدة، التي تؤمنها منذ سنة 2023، وفي ظل استمرارية ترافعها عن مصالح البلدان النامية، وفقا للرؤية المتبصرة لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، لفائدة عمل متعدد الأطراف فعال وتضامني.
