أحالت المفوضية الجهوية للأمن بمدينة أزرو على النيابة العامة المختصة، الثلاثاء المنصرم، شخصا يبلغ من العمر 42 سنة، من ذوي السوابق القضائية، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطه في قضية تتعلق بالضرب والجرح وحيازة السلاح الأبيض في ظروف تشكل خطرا على سلامة الأشخاص و الممتلكات.
وكان المشتبه فيه وشقيقه قد دخلا في نزاع عرضي مع أحد الأشخاص بمدينة أزرو، تبادلوا على اثره الضرب والجرح باستعمال السلاح الأبيض بالشارع العام، وهي الأفعال الإجرامية التي شكلت موضوع شريط فيديو متداول على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي.
وقد أسفرت الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة في هذه القضية عن تحديد هويات المشتبه فيهم، علاوة على توقيف أحدهم بعد مرور وقت وجيز من ارتكاب هذه الأفعال الإجرامية.
وقد تم إخضاع المشتبه فيه الموقوف لتدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي أشرفت عليه النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وذلك قبل أن تتم إحالته على العدالة يومه الثلاثاء.
