فتحت الفرقة الجهوية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة فاس بحثا قضائيا تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، يومه الثلاثاء 23 يناير الجاري، وذلك لتحديد الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة لرئيسة جمعية وثلاثة من أعضائها، يشتبه في تورطهم في اختلاس أموال عامة مقدمة في إطار عمليات الدعم العمومي.
وقد تم توقيف المشتبه بهم بشكل متزامن بكل من فاس والرباط وصفرو، في عمليات أمنية أشرفت عليها عناصر الفرقة الجهوية للشرطة القضائية بكل من فاس والرباط، وبتنسيق ميداني مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني.
وحسب المعطيات المتوفرة إلى غاية هذه المرحلة من البحث، فإن الأشخاص الموقوفين يشتبه في تورطهم في اختلاس دعم مالي قدمته مجموعة من المؤسسات العمومية للجمعية التي يسيرها المشتبه فيهم، من أجل استغلالها في تقديم الدعم المدرسي للتلاميذ المتواجدين بالمناطق القروية في إطار محاربة الهدر المدرسي.
وقد تم إخضاع جميع المشتبه فيهم، وهم رئيسة الجمعية وأمينة المال وعضوان آخران، لإجراءات البحث القضائي الذي تجريه الفرقة الجهوية للشرطة القضائية بفاس تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وكذا رصد آليات تبديد واختلاس الأموال العامة وطريقة التصرف فيها.
