جرى اليوم الاثنين بالرباط، افتتاح السنة القضائية الجديدة 2024، وذلك بإذن مولوي سامي من صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، رئيس المجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية.
وفي كلمة بالمناسبة، أبرز الرئيس الأول لمحكمة النقض، الرئيس المنتدب للمجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية، محمد عبد النباوي، أن شعار الجلسة الافتتاحية للسنة القضائية 2024: “جدية الأداء القضائي من مصداقية الالتزام الأخلاقي”، يعكس انخراط محكمة النقض في الدعوة التي وجهها صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس في خطاب العرش لسنة 2023، لجميع مكونات المجتمع المغربي بالتحلي بالجدية والحزم.
وأضاف السيد عبد النباوي أن افتتاح السنة القضائية يعد مناسبة للتعريف بالنشاط القضائي لمحاكم المملكة وبعمل محكمة النقض ونشاطها، والبرامج التي تقرر تنفيذها خلال السنة الجديدة.
وقال الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة النقض، رئيس النيابة العامة، الحسن الداكي، من جانبه، إن هذه الجلسة الرسمية لافتتاح السنة القضائية 2024، التي يأتي انعقادها تنفيذا للأمر المولوي السامي لأمير المؤمنين جلالة الملك محمد السادس، يعد التفاتة ملكية سامية حافلة بالدلالات ما فتئ جلالته يسبغها على السلطة القضائية.
وأضاف أن افتتاح السنة القضائية أضحى تقليدا رسميا راسخا يتم خلاله مد جسور التواصل مع مختلف الفاعلين والمهتمين بمجال العدالة، ومناسبة سانحة لانفتاح السلطة القضائية على محيطها وتقريب حصيلة نشاطها القضائي من المهنيين والمتتبعين، وفرصة أيضا لبسط مختلف المجهودات التي بذلها قضاة وأطر العدالة خلال السنة القضائية المنقضية واستشراف آفاق اشتغالهم خلال السنة الجديدة.
وجرى بمناسبة افتتاح السنة القضائية الجديدة، التي حضرها، على الخصوص، رئيس مجلس المستشارين، ووزراء ومسؤولون حكوميون، بالإضافة إلى عدد من الشخصيات، تسليم أوسمة ملكية أنعم بها صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس على عدد من القضاة.
