نظمت وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية، بالرباط، حفلا دينيا بمناسبة يوم المساجد، الذي يصادف كل سنة اليوم السابع الموالي لذكرى المولد النبوي الشريف، تم خلاله تكريم عدد من بناة المساجد والمهندسين المعماريين والصناع التقليديين الذين ساهموا في تشييد بيوت الله.
ويأتي هذا الحفل تجسيدا للعناية الموصولة والمتجددة التي يوليها جلالة الملك محمد السادس للمساجد، واعتبارا لمكانتها العظيمة ومنزلتها الرفيعة، ودورها الجوهري في إشاعة الأمن الروحي وتأطير المواطنين.
واستعرض وزير الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية، أحمد التوفيق، في كلمة خلال هذا الحفل، الذي احتضنه المدرج الكبير بمعهد محمد السادس لتكوين الأئمة المرشدين والمرشدات، في كلمة بالمناسبة الإشكاليات والتحديات المرتبطة ببناء المساجد، وبتلك المغلقة والمتضررة منها، وبتدخل جمعيات المحسنين في بنائها أو تدبيرها.
