أحالت فرقة الشرطة القضائية بمدينة سيدي قاسم على أنظار النيابة العامة المختصة، يوم أمس الأحد 24 شتنبر الجاري، طالبا سابقا بإحدى كليات الطب، وذلك على خلفية تورطه في قضية تتعلق بالتزوير واستعماله وانتحال صفة ينظمها القانون ومزاولة مهنة الطب بشكل تدليسي.
وكانت مصالح الشرطة بمدينة سيدي قاسم قد فتحت بحثا قضائيا على خلفية شكاية تقدمت بها هيئة مهنية للأطباء، تتهم فيها المشتبه فيه بانتحال صفة طبيب وممارسة هذه المهنة بشكل غير قانوني، حيث أسفرت الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة عن ضبط المعني بالأمر وهو في حالة تلبس بمزاولة هذه المهنة داخل عيادة خاصة بشكل غير قانوني.
كما مكنت عملية التفتيش المنجزة في هذه القضية من العثور بحوزة المشتبه فيه على شهادة دكتوراه مزيفة، وبطاقة مهنية منتهية الصلاحية، ووثائق متحصل عليها بشكل تدليسي، علاوة على لافتات وستة أختام مهنية يشتبه في استعمالها في هذا النشاط الإجرامي.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيه تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن البحث القضائي الذي جرى تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات وخلفيات هذه القضية، وذلك قبل أن يتم عرضه على العدالة بعد انتهاء إجراءات البحث التمهيدي.
