أوقفت العناصر الأمنية بمدينة فاس مواطن من دولة الأراضي المنخفضة،(هولندا )وذلك لكونه يشكل موضوع بحث على الصعيد الدولي من أجل محاولة القتل العمد باستعمال السلاح الناري في إطار أنشطة شبكة إجرامية.
وقد مكنت الأبحاث والتحريات الأمنية المنجزة في هذه القضية من توقيف المشتبه فيه بمدينة مكناس، متلبسا بانتحال هوية بلجيكية مزيفة، حيث تم العثور بحوزته على وثائق وسندات هوية بلجيكية مزورة كان يستخدمها للتنقل والسفر بغرض التنصل من مذكرة البحث الدولية الصادرة في حقه.
وتشير المعلومات المتوفرة إلى أن هذا الأجنبي الموقوف يبلغ من العمر 43 سنة، ويشكل موضوع بحث على الصعيد الدولي بموجب نشرة حمراء صادرة عن منظمة الأنتربول بطلب من السلطات القضائية بالأراضي المنخفضة، للاشتباه في تورطه في ارتكاب محاولة القتل العمد باستخدام السلاح الناري داخل إقليم دولة الأراضي المنخفضة في إطار أنشطة شبكة إجرامية منظمة.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالأجنبي الموقوف تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية على خلفية البحث القضائي الذي أمرت به النيابة العامة المختصة، للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، التي تندرج في إطار تعزيز المصالح الأمنية المغربية لعلاقات التعاون الأمني الدولي وكذا ملاحقة الأشخاص الأجانب المبحوث عنهم في قضايا الجريمة العابرة للحدود الوطنية.
