أنهت الوكالة الحضرية لمكناس إلى أنه سيتم السهر على اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات والتدابير المناسبة لمواكبة مقام المغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، برسم صيف سنة 2023 وذلك من خلال ما يلي:
– تفعيل آلية الشباك الوحيد الخاص بالمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج بغية الإسراع بمعالجة ملفاتهم وقضاء شؤونهم الإدارية على صعيد المقر الرئيسي للوكالة الحضرية لمكناس المتواجد ب: شارع مولاي يوسف المدينة الجديدة ص. ب. 675، وبملحقتيها بمدينتي الحاجب ب: 17 شارع القوات المسلحة، التجزئة الجديدة منطقة الفيلات الحاجب وبإفران ب: 563 زنقة ليلاس ص.ب 10، وذلك طيلة فصل الصيف مع تنظيم المداومة بعد الأوقات الرسمية للعمل ويوم السبت.
– تنظيم أيام الأبواب المفتوحة لفائدة المغاربة المقيمين بالخارج خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 14 و18 غشت 2023 من أجل التواصل والتحسيس ببرامج ومهام الوكالة الحضرية لمكناس.
– تخصيص فظاء مناسب على مستوى مقر الوكالة الحضرية وملحقتيها قصد استقبال وتوجيه المغاربة المقيمين بالخارج.
– تخصيص أرقام هاتفية خاصة بمغاربة العالم من أجل الرد على الأسئلة المطروحة وتقديم التوضيحات والارشادات:
بالمقر الرئيسي بمكناس: 05 35 51 03 10
بملحقة الحاجب: 05 35 54 25 34
بملحقة إفران: 05 35 56 64 01

يشار إلى أن هذه الإجراءات تأتي تفعيلا للإجراءات المتضمنة في دورية وزيرة إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة عدد3511 بتاريخ 12 يونيو2023 المتعلقة بمواكبة المقام الصيفي لمغاربة العالم.
