استخدم عناصر دورية للشرطة تابعة للأمن الإقليمي بمدينة سلا أسلحتهم الوظيفية بشكل اضطراري، خلال الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم الثلاثاء، وذلك خلال تدخل أمني لتحييد الخطر الصادر عن شخص يبلغ من العمر 35 سنة، من ذوي السوابق القضائية، كان في حالة اندفاع قوية وعرض حياة عناصر الشرطة للخطر باستعمال السلاح الأبيض.
وذكر بلاغ للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني أن معطيات البحث الأولية تشير إلى تدخل دورية للشرطة مكونة من عناصر الأمن العمومي وفرقة مكافحة العصابات من أجل توقيف المشتبه فيه، بعد ضبطه في حالة غير طبيعية متلبسا بإحداث الفوضى بالشارع العام بقرية أولاد موسى بمدينة سلا، وبحوزته سلاحان أبيضان من الحجم الكبير، غير أنه أبدى مقاومة عنيفة وعرض موظفي الشرطة لمحاولة اعتداء خطير بواسطة السلاح الأبيض.
وأضاف البلاغ أن مفتش شرطة وحارس أمن من عناصر الدورية اضطرا لاستعمال أسلحتهم الوظيفية وإطلاق عيارات تحذيرية، قبل إصابة المشتبه فيه الذي وافته المنية بعد نقله للمستشفى.
وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أنه تم إيداع جثة الهالك بمستودع الأموات رهن إشارة التشريح الطبي، في الوقت الذي فتحت فيه المصلحة الإقليمية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة سلا بحثا تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك لتحديد كافة الظروف والملابسات المحيطة.
