قامت فرقة محاربة العصابات بالشرطة القضائية بتازة بإيقاف شخص يبلغ من العمر حوالي 26 سنة ، وذلك على إثر استغلال معلومات تفيد بقيامه إدخال كمية من المخدرات على متن سيارة خاصة نوع جيطا قادما من منطقة تاونات متجها إلى هذه المدينة.
و ضربت حراسة سرية بمختلف مداخل المدينة من قبل عناصرها، وحوالي الساعة الثانية صباحا من ليلة 04 مارس الجاري تم إيقافها على مستوى حي المسيرة بهذه المدينة وعند إخضاع سائقها لعملية جس وقائي عثر بحوزته على قطعة من مخدر الشيرا وزنها 100 غرام وهاتفين نقالين فتم حجزهما لفائدة البحث وإشعار النيابة العامة المختصة.
وعند تعميق البحث مع المشتبه فيه رغم إنكاره الشديد بعدم توفره على كمية إضافية من المخدرات،تم تفكيك السيارة التي كان يمتطيها،حيث في مكان جد محكم بأعلى عجلاتها تم العثور على كمية من المخدرات عند وزنها تبين أنها 11 كلغ من مخدر الشيرا عبارة عن صفائح وكبسولات صغيرة ملفوفة بالبلاستبك على شكل ” ثمرة البلوط” تزن 10 غرام، وهي طريقة يستعملها مهربوا المخدرات ببلعها عن طريق الفم أو إدخالها بالمخرج قصد نقلها خارج أرض الوطن عبر مختلف النقاط الحدودية.
وبعد إشعار النيابة العامة المختصة أمرت بوضع المشتبه فيه تحت الحراسة النظرية والبحث معه إيقاف كل من له علاقة بالقضية،بعد إخباره بكافة حقوقه القانونية الواردة في المادة 66 من قانون المسطرة الجنائية.
