رصدت العناصر الأمنية مقطع فيديو يظهر من خلاله شاب وهو يستولي على دراجة نارية بعد أن ركنها مالكها .
الأبحاث و التحريات في شقيها التقني و الميداني كللت بتشخيص هوية الشخص الظاهر بالفيديو ومن تم إيقافه.
هذا وقد اعترف المعني بالأمر بالمنسوب إليه بعد إخضاعه لبحث دقيق ومعمق، ليتقرر بذلك وضعه رهن تدابير الحراسة النظرية نظرا لحاجيات البحث والتقديم.
يشار إلى أن توقيف الشخص تأتي في إطار عمليات اليقظة المعلوماتية و التتبع التي تباشرها الفرقة الحضرية للشرطة القضائية بالمدينة العتيقة بتأطير من المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية، على مستوى منصات التواصل الإجتماعي.
