انعقد بفاس، الجمع العام التأسيسي للشبكة الإفريقية للحركية العلمية لطلبة جنوب-جنوب “رمسيس”، بمشاركة جامعيين وأساتذة باحثين وخبراء من عدة بلدان إفريقية.
وتسعى هذه الشبكة الأكاديمية الجديدة، التي يرأسها محمد عزيز لحلو، رئيس الجامعة الخاصة لفاس، وتضم العديد من الجامعات والمدارس العليا الإفريقية، إلى رفع مستوى تأهيل الخريجين طبقا للمعايير الدولية، ووفقا للمبادئ والقيم المتضمنة في ديباجة أنظمتها الأساسية.
وتهدف الشبكة، باعتبارها جمعية دولية غير حكومية، إلى أن تشكل الأداة المثلى لتعزيز الروابط، وإرساء اعتراف متبادل بين الأنظمة الإفريقية للتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.
