نجحت العناصر الأمنية بمدينة مراكش في استرجاع سيارة شكلت موضوع سرقة.
وتم رصد السيارة على مستوى مرآب إحدى الإقامات السكنية على مستوى شارع عبد الكريم الخطابي ، وبعد فرض حراسة سرية عليها تم ضبط الفاعل الذي كان رفقة شخص آخر.
هذا وقد تم إخضاع المعنيين بالأمر لبحث معمق لمعرفة باقي امتدادات هذا الفعل الإجرامي.
وعلى ضوء نتيجة هذا البحث فقد تم وضعهما تحت تدابير الحراسة النظرية بناء على تعليمات النيابة العامة المختصة واستكمال باقي الإجراءات المسطرية للتقديم أمام العدالة في الوقت الذي تم تسليم السيارة موضوع السرقة لمالكها.
