أكد وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، عبد اللطيف ميراوي، اليوم الثلاثاء بالرباط، أن أشار إلى أن الموسم الجامعي 2022-2023 سيتميز بافتتاح ثلاثة أحياء جامعية، واحد عمومي وآخرين في إطار الشراكة عام/خاص، مما سيمكن من الرفع من عدد الأسرة من 51 ألف و630 سريرا برسم سنة 2021-2022 إلى 53 ألف و653 سريرا برسم سنة 2022-2023، أي بزيادة 2023 سريرا جديدا.
وسجل الوزير أن الجهود ستتركز هذه السنة على إطلاق الإصلاح التنظيمي لمواكبة مسلسل الإصلاح الشامل لمنظومة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، والعمل على إخراج مجموعة من النصوص التشريعية والتنظيمية، على رأسها مشروع قانون يتعلق بتنظيم التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار، ومشروع النظام الأساسي الخاص بهيئة الأساتذة الباحثين، مؤكدا أن الجهود ستنصب أيضا على إطلاق مشروع المراجعة الشاملة للنظام المعلوماتي الوطني وتعميم استعمال الرقمنة على جميع مستويات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والابتكار.
ولتنزيل إصلاح منظومة البحث العلمي والابتكار، أشار السيد ميراوي إلى أنه سيتم، خلال موسم 2022-2023، إطلاق مجموعة من التدابير تشمل تكوين جيل جديد من طلبة الدكتوراه، وإنشاء ثلاثة معاهد موضوعاتية للبحث والاستجابة للأولويات التنموية الوطنية في مجال الصحة والماء والذكاء الاصطناعي.
وتشمل أيضا إحداث مجمعين جديدين للابتكار، ودعم حاملي المشاريع المبتكرة، ونشر ثقافة العلوم والتكنولوجيا والابتكار، وتحصيل تصنيف الجامعات المغربية، وتعبئة الكفاءات المغربية عبر العالم.
