عاينت جريدة الوطنية بريس، تجاوزات خطيرة بأحد المقاهي المتواجدة بالمدينة الجديدة حمرية، تتجلى في فرض تناول حلوى على الزبناء مع المشروب المطلوب لضمان المزيد من الأرباح.
وتفاجأ عدد كبير من زبناء المقهى بالشروط الغير منطقية التي يفرضها صاحب المقهى في غياب لأي مراقبة أو حتى ورقة تبريرية لهذا الإجراء.
وبالاضافة إلى ذلك يقوم صاحب المقهى بتوسيع مساحة المقهي و تحويلها ل”طيراس” خارجي يستقبل زبناء إضافيين، على إمتداد غير طبيعي للمقهى، من خلال وضع كراسي و معدات المقهى من أجل إستغلال أكبر قدر من المساحة منه، في تجاوز واضح للقانون يتعلق أساسا باحتلال الملك العمومي.
ووفق الآراء التي استقتها الجريدة فانه من الضروري تحرك لجان المراقبة من أجل وضع حد لهذه السلوكات التي تؤثر سلبا على المدينة، باعتبارها تراثا عالميا ووجهة سياحية .
