قضت المحكمة الدستورية بإلغاء انتخاب 16 عضوا بمجلس النواب، وبتصحيح نتيجة اقتراع بدائرة انتخابية محلية واحدة.
وقضت المحكمة الدستورية أيضا، بعدم قبول 27 طعنا يتعلق بانتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب برسم اقتراع 8 شتنبر 2021 وبرفض 28 طلب إلغاء.
وذكرت المحكمة في بلاغ صحفي أصدرته على إثر بتها في المنازعات الانتخابية المتعلقة بانتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب المجراة يوم 8 شتنبر 2021 ، أنه “طبقا لأحكام الفصل 132 من الدستور، والأحكام ذات الصلة المنصوص عليها في القانونين التنظيميين المتعلقين بالمحكمة الدستورية وبمجلس النواب، قامت المحكمة الدستورية بالبت، داخل الأجل الدستوري، في جميع عرائض الطعن المتعلقة بانتخاب أعضاء مجلس النواب برسم اقتراع 8 شتنبر 2021
