أكد وزير الشؤون الخارجية والاتحاد الأوروبي والتعاون الإسباني، خوسي مانويل ألباريس، أمس الثلاثاء، أنه من “دون تعاون” المغرب، سيكون من “المستحيل” التحكم في تدفقات الهجرة غير الشرعية.
وشدد ألباريس، في حديث خص به القناة التلفزيونية، “أنتينا 3″، على أنه “بدون تعاون قوات الأمن المغربية والعمل الممتاز الذي تقوم به قوات الأمن الإسبانية، سيكون من المستحيل السيطرة على ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية”.
وحسب رئيس الدبلوماسية الإسبانية “لا يمكن لأي دولة في العالم، مهما كانت قوتها، أن تواجه هذه الظاهرة بمفردها”، مبرزا “تعقيد” تدبير هذه الآفة ومواجهة اقتحامات أشخاص “يسعون إلى حياة أفضل، من خلال تعريض حياتهم للخطر”.
وأضاف ألباريس “ما علينا القيام به هو تحسين وتعزيز تعاوننا مع المغرب ومع دول المصدر والعبور. يتعين أيضا انخراط أوروبا والمفوضية الأوروبية”.
