تمكنت عناصر فرقة الشرطة القضائية بالمنطقة الإقليمية للأمن بمدينة ابن جرير، من توقيف شخص يبلغ من العمر 24 سنة، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطه في قضية تتعلق بالضرب والجرح المفضي للموت باستعمال السلاح الأبيض.
وحسب المعطيات الأولية للبحث، فقد دخل المشتبه به في خلاف عرضي مع الضحية الذي يعمل معه بورش للبناء بحي “الرياض” بمدينة ابن جرير، عرضه على إثره لاعتداء جسدي بليغ تسبب في وفاته، وذلك قبل أن يستولي على دراجته النارية ومتعلقاته الشخصية.
وقد أسفرت الأبحاث التقنية والتحريات الميدانية المنجزة عن تحديد هوية المشتبه فيه، وتوقيفه بتنسيق مع عناصر الدرك الملكي مباشرة بعد وصوله للمنطقة القروية “مشرع بن عبو”، التي تبعد بحوالي 65 كيلومتر عن مدينة ابن جرير.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بجثة الهالك رهن التشريح الطبي بالمستشفى، بينما تم إخضاع المشتبه فيه للبحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وكذا تحديد الخلفيات الحقيقية وراء ارتكاب هذه الأفعال الإجرامية.
