ترأس عامل إقليم مكناس عبد الغني الصبار، إلى جانب الأمين العام لمجلس الطوائف اليهودية بالمغرب سيرج بيرديغو، وذلك بحضور شخصيات دبلوماسية، ضمنها القائم بالأعمال في السفارة الأمريكية بالرباط، ديفيد غرين، والقائم بأعمال مكتب الاتصال الإسرائيلي بالرباط ديفيد غوفرين، فضلا عن عدد من الحاخامات من المغرب وأوروبا وإسرائيل. مراسيم إعادة الافتتاح الرسمي للمقبرة اليهودية وإحياء عيد “الهيلولة”.
وشملت أشغال إعادة تأهيل هذه المقبرة، فضلا عن تنظيفها، ترميم جميع ممراتها وقبورها وأسوارها وأبوابها، بالإضافة إلى تعزيزها بمتحف يهودي يضم وثائق تاريخية نادرة، ومرافق دينية وصحية
وشهدت العاصمة الاسماعيلية مساء أمس الأربعاء، تدشين المقبرة التاريخية اليهودية بعد أن خضعت لأعمال ترميم واسعة، وذلك بحضور عشرات المغاربة اليهود من المغرب ومختلف أنحاء العالم، غالبيتهم العظمى من مدينة مكناس.
وتندرج عملية ترميم المقبرة اليهودية بمكناس في إطار المشروع الملكي الذي يروم إعادة تأهيل 180 مقبرة يهودية عريقة بالمغرب وإعادة الاعتبار إليها.
