قرر مجلس الحكومة، المنعقد اليوم الخميس، تمديد مدة سريان مفعول حالة الطوارئ الصحية بسائر أرجاء التراب الوطني إلى غاية 31 ماي 2022، وذلك في إطار الجهود المبذولة لمكافحة تفشي جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19).
وقال الوزير المنتدب لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، مصطفى بايتاس، خلال ندوة صحفية عقدها عقب اجتماع مجلس الحكومة، إن هذا الأخير صادق على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.22.311 بتمديد مدة سريان مفعول حالة الطوارئ الصحية بسائر أرجاء التراب الوطني لمواجهة تفشي فيروس كورونا “كوفيد 19″، قدمه السيد عبد الوافي لفتيت، وزير الداخلية.
وأوضح الوزير أن مشروع هذا المرسوم يهدف إلى تمديد مدة سريان مفعول حالة الطوارئ الصحية بسائر أرجاء التراب الوطني، من يوم السبت 30 أبريل 2022 ابتداء من الساعة السادسة مساء، إلى غاية يوم الثلاثاء 31 ماي 2022 في الساعة السادسة مساء، وذلك من أجل الاستمرار في ضمان فعالية ونجاعة الإجراءات والتدابير المناسبة المتخذة من طرف السلطات العمومية للحد من تفشي جائحة “كوفيد 19”.
