أشرف رئيس الحكومة، يومه الخميس 24 فبراير 2022، بحضور كل من وزير الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية، خالد أيت الطالب، و الوزير المنتدب لدى وزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية، المكلف بالميزانية، فوزي لقجع، على توقيع اتفاق بين وزارة الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية وجميع النقابات الممثلة في القطاع، بعد سلسلة من جلسات الحوار الاجتماعي القطاعي التي تكللت بالتوافق حول عدد من الملفات المطلبية ذات الأولوية.
وقد تُوِّج الحوار القطاعي بين وزارة الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية وشركائها الاجتماعيين، بالتوافق على عدد من النقاط، أهمها، تحسين وضعية الأطباء من خلال تغيير الشبكة الاستدلالية للأطباء والصيادلة وأطباء الأسنان وبدايتها بالرقم الاستدلالي 509 بكامل تعويضاته.
وهمت الاجراءات استفادة الممرضين من الترقية في الرتبة والدرجة؛ الرفع من قيمة التعويض عن الأخطار المهنية لفائدة الأطر الإدارية وتقنيي الصحة.
وهمت الاجراءات دعم مؤسسة الحسن الثاني للنهوض بالأعمال الاجتماعية لموظفي قطاع الصحة، لتعزز خدماتها المقدمة لفائدة مهنيي القطاع؛ برمجة عرض مشروع مرسوم متعلق بالمُلحقِين العِلميِّين على أنظار المجلس الحكومي في أقرب الآجال.
وتم الاتفاق على مواصلة الحوار لحل الإشكالات الأخرى لضمان الانخراط التام والشامل لكل مهنيي قطاع الصحة في الورش الملكي الكبير المتعلق بالتغطية الصحية.
