أكد وزير الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية أحمد التوفيق امس الاثنين أن الوزارة تواصل العمل على تحسين وضعية الأئمة والخطباء والقيمين الدينيين “بما يتناسب ومهمتهم ورسالتهم”.
وأوضح التوفيق في معرض جوابه على أسئلة شفهية بمجلس النواب تتعلق بالوضعية المادية والاجتماعية للأئمة والخطباء والقيمينالدينيين أنه يتم إنفاق مليار و93 مليون درهم على هذه الفئة، تتشمل مكافآت وتغطية صحية شاملة (229مليون درهم)، إضافة إلى التكوين التأهيلي (110 ملايين درهم).
وأبرز التوفيق أن قيمة المكافآت المخصصة للقيمين الدينيين الأئمة تترواح ما بين 2300 و 2600 درهم، لمن يزاولون الإمامة وحدها، وما بين 2500 و3700 درهم ل78 في المائة بالنسبة للذين يجمعون بين الإمامة ومهام أخرى.
وأفاد الوزير بأن 65 في المائة من الأئمة والخطباء والقيمين الدينيين يستفيدون من الدعم المقدم و35 في المائة من السكن الوظيفي، مبرزا أن “جميع الخطباء والأئمة والمؤذنين وذوي الحقوق يستفيدون من التغطية الصحية الأساسية والتكميلية، فضلا عن الخدمات الاجتماعية في حالة العجز والوفاة والزواج”.
