أكد وزير الإدماج الاقتصادي والمقاولة الصغرى، والتشغيل والكفاءات ا يونس السكوري، أن الحكومة عازمة على النهوض بقطاع التشغيل من خلال تفعيل البرامج القطاعية المحدثة لفرص الشغل.
وأوضح الوزير في معرض رده على أسئلة شفهية بمجلس النواب حول موضوع “التشغيل وبطالة الشباب ومواكبة المقاولات الناشئة”، تقدمت بها عدة فرق نيابية، أن الحكومة اعتمدت خارطة طريق واضحة تتعلق بالبرامج المهيكلة في مجال التشغيل وخلق المقاولات، موازاة مع تنزيل النموذج التنموي الجديد. وسجل أن هذه البرامج المهيكلة تستلزم التقائية السياسات العمومية في مواصلة تنفيذ المشاريع والبرامج التي توجد في طور التنفيذ والتحضير لإطلاق الأوراش المبرمجة الجديدة، مبرزا أن مقاربة الحكومة لقطاع التشغيل ترتكز على تفعيل المخططات القطاعية التي تستهدف قطاع الشغل، والنهوض بمجال التكوين وإطلاق مهن جديدة في صيغة مميزة من خلال قرى مندمجة للأقطاب في كل جهة من اجل مواكبة احتياجات الجهات.
وأضاف الوزير أن تفعيل برامج التكوين، سيساعد على تنشيط سوق الشغل من خلال الرفع من مستويات التأهيل والقابلية للتشغيل في عدة مجالات واعدة. وخلص المسؤول الحكومي إلى أن نجاح أي استراتيجية عمومية في مجال التشغيل يضل رهينا بإطلاق حوار جاد ومسؤول مع جميع الفرقاء والانفتاح على المستوى الترابي من أجل تحديد الأولويات وبحثها على نحو أمثل.
